This IADC SAPC event brought together leaders from across the UAE, Oman, and Qatar to share insights and address regional challenges. Steven was invited to speak about the groundbreaking work Integrity HSE has completed supporting mental health across several working environments, giving him the opportunity to offer practical strategies to the IADC SAPC has they prepare to launch their own regional mental health initiative.
Steve told us, “It was an honour and a privilege to talk to so many industry leaders about what Integrity HSE has seen work when helping our clients support workforce mental health. This offering was incredibly well received, and I have huge respect for the way the IADC SAPC is gathering others experience before deciding on their own definitive path. I can say that Integrity HSE will be there to help and guide as and when they need us”.
