Integrity HSE’s Managing Director, Steven Harris, has been shortlisted for the prestigious Director of the Year Awards 2025 by the Institute of Directors (IoD) Scotland, in recognition of his standout leadership and impact within the UK’s health, safety and environmental consulting sector.
Steven will join fellow industry leaders at the Crowne Plaza Glasgow on Thursday 9th October, where the award winners will be formally announced during a ceremony celebrating Scotland’s most effective and purpose-driven business directors.
His nomination is a reflection of the leadership approach he has taken since founding Integrity HSE, building a hand-picked team of professionals from military, law enforcement, and technical safety backgrounds, aligning them behind a shared purpose, and creating a culture where operational excellence, collaboration, and individual growth are prioritised.
