Gillian Harrison

Gillian Harrison plays an important role in strengthening Integrity QHSE’s health offering as our Occupational Health Lead, leading occupational health within Integrity QHSE and taking ownership of the existing Integrity Medical service. Gillian will not only help grow this service, but most importantly ensure delivery to our existing clients remains consistently excellent, with the smooth, professional experience Integrity QHSE is known for.

A well-respected Registered Nurse, Gillian holds degrees and diplomas from Robert Gordon University across Community Nursing – Public Health (Occupational Health), Occupational and Environmental Health Nursing, and Adult Nursing. Her career spans respected organisations including NHS Grampian, MCL Medics, and Circle Health Group.

Gillian supports organisations to navigate complex occupational health topics including sickness absence, health surveillance, return to work (including safety-critical roles), disability and reasonable adjustments, and drug and alcohol testing, alongside the management of workplace exposures and occupational disease risk. Her leadership helps clients reduce fuss and admin, improve responsiveness, and access occupational health expertise alongside wider QHSE support often delivering meaningful cost savings without compromising quality.
