Megan Thom plays an important role in supporting Integrity QHSE’s growing health and
wider QHSE offering as a QHSE Advisor based in Aberdeen. Megan brings a strong clinical
foundation from her earlier career as a Staff Nurse with NHS Grampian, alongside a clear
professional drive to build her career within QHSE.
After nearly three years in nursing, Megan transitioned into health and safety, progressing
from HSEQ Assistant to HSEQ Advisor and bringing a practical, people-first perspective to
risk management and workplace wellbeing. She holds the IOSH Managing Safely and ISO
9001:2015. Training includes Internal Auditor Certification, supporting clients with robust,
auditable systems and day-to-day improvements.
With experience spanning frontline healthcare and operational QHSE support, Megan helps
clients strengthen compliance, improve safety culture, and take a more proactive approach
to workforce health.
