A degree-qualified operations and quality senior leader, Mike has over 15 years’ experience specialising in operational management, rental fleet oversight, and continuous improvement helping ensure people, equipment and projects are in the right place at the right time.
Mike has led operations across multiple international roles, building a reputation for
calm, structured leadership in complex environments where standards, timing and
decision-making matter. As a widely respected QHSE professional, he is known for
being calm under pressure, applying sound judgement, and maintaining high
