In 2025 Steven was a winner in the Institute of Directors (IoD) award for Scotland’s Top Director, in 2024 he also took the top spot in Scotland within The Allicia Bank Great British Entrepreneur Awards and in 2023 was voted as the UK’s Most Influential Health & Safety Professional. Whilst Managing Director, Integrity HSE has won the ‘Best Practice’ Award at the Scottish Green Energy Supply Chain Awards 2025, was included within The Sunday Times Best Places to Work List in 2025 and named Business, Consulting & Management organisation of the Year in the 2024 UK StartUp Awards.
